Job Description

This role focuses on improving workforce performance and productivity by administering end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation, background checks, and SAP record creation. The Talent Connector Senior Analyst will handle increasingly complex problems, interact with peers and potentially clients, and work with minimal daily instruction. Key responsibilities include performing pre-employment checks, guiding candidates through the process, coordinating with vendors for background and drug tests, ensuring candidate compliance, updating HCM/onboarding systems, keeping recruiters and hiring managers informed, resolving candidate queries, and reporting on onboarding issues.

  • Handhold candidates during the Pre-employment checks process
  • Coordinate with BGC / Drug test vendors
  • Ensure candidate is 100% compliant as per client requirements
  • Follow up with candidates and vendors for BGC/drug test completion
  • Updation of the HCM/onboarding system with BGC updates
  • Ensuring all recruiters and hiring managers are updated
  • Resolving candidate queries regarding onboarding process
  • Reporting on onboarding issues and challenges

What would you do? Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Should have hands on experience in US boarding and aware of the legalities regarding onboarding of the candidates. Recruitment Onboarding will be responsible for performing day to day task as per the recruitment process guidelines: 1. Perform pre-employment checks & New Joiner On boarding. 2. Handhold candidates during the Pre-employment checks process 3. Coordinate with BGC / Drug test vendors for Coordingation of backgroundchecks 4. Should ensure that candidate is 100% compliant as per the client requirements before he joins 5. Follow up with candidates and vendors to ensure the candiates BGC/ drugtest are completed on time 6. updation of the HCM/ onboarding system with BGC updates or anychanges in the DOJ or any thing related to candidates. 7. Ensuring all the recruiters and hiring managers are update to their respective candidates 8. resovling candidate queries regarding onboaridng process 9. Reporting on onboaridng issue and challenges
