How will you value-add?

  • Support the Manager in managing our multi-national corporation clients’ tax compliance and reporting needs. 

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of client engagements including monitoring the progress and deliverables of our clients’ tax filing obligations across many jurisdictions to ensure that the tax returns are filed on a timely basis.  

  • Follow up with the respective engagement teams (including overseas) to find out the progress of the return and ensure that the web based technology is kept up-to-date.

  • Performs periodic status reporting to clients and the Manager.

  • Collaborate with people across our business units in Tax, our Lines of Service and our network of firms.

  • Coordinate with the regional and global PwC network firms on client issues.

  • Able to troubleshoot, identify and escalate issues as appropriate to the Manager.

  • Support the Manager in responding to requests for proposals from clients.

  • Ability and willingness to learn digital skills to deliver effectively to clients.

About you

  • Recognised relevant Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or any related discipline

  • Diploma holders or experienced executive administrative personnel with at least 5 years working experience will be considered.

  • Task oriented

  • Meticulous, analytical and independent

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable to work across borders with a wide network of people

  • Good project management skills 

  • Ability to understand processes and open to using new technology systems

  • Self-motivated

  • Proactive and a good team player

  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle multi-tasks

  • Well versed with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
