Job Description

As a Production Team Lead in Ghislenghien, you play a key role in leading and developing our preparation and finishing teams. You ensure the quality, efficiency, and motivation of your employees, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Your responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and develop the preparation and finishing teams.
• Organize and plan daily activities to achieve production objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and deadline standards.
• Identify training needs and support the skill development of team members.
• Propose ideas for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Ensure communication between teams and management.

Qualifications

Your profile

• Confirmed experience in team management in an industrial or logistics environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Sense of initiative and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in French (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
• Passion for automotive and innovation.
