Job Description

• Customer Care & Service: You are responsible for the well-being of our guests in the café, taking orders and advising them on our food offerings.
• Café Organization & Processes: You handle service and cashier duties and ensure that all processes in the café run smoothly.
• Preparation & Presentation: You joyfully prepare coffee specialties, cold drinks, and food, ensuring they are attractively presented.
• Teamwork & Support: You work closely with your colleagues to provide an excellent service experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in gastronomy and a good understanding of the typical processes and requirements in this area.
• A reliable and responsible way of working – you carry out your tasks with care and commitment.
• An open and friendly demeanor that brings a smile to the faces of both guests and your team.
• Team spirit, curiosity, and the motivation to continuously develop and learn new things.
• Very good German language skills to communicate safely and clearly in everyday work.
