Job Description

• Serve and provide products and services related to banquet, convention, and catering service to all our clients according to the standards and procedures to follow in the section or task;
• Set up, dismantle, and clean premises before, during, and after service;
• Assist with cleanliness, maintenance, and maintaining the professional image of the hotel;
• Assist colleagues;
• Welcome and take care of clients;
• Ensure client satisfaction at all times;
• Follow Fairmont standards and rules;
• Participate in departmental meetings as well as training programs;
• Assist with the preparation and smooth operation of the catering service;
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

--------------

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, to easily understand and discuss with an international clientele on a regular basis;
• Be available to work split shifts and have shift flexibility at all times;
• 6 months experience in restaurant or banquet service;
• A course in restaurant service will be considered an asset;
• The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
