Job Description
As a team leader, you are responsible for realizing the production planning and leading improvement teams. You are responsible for realizing the production planning and monitoring the KPIs of the performance of your team and factory. Naturally, you draw up the work schedules, taking into account leave and illness in addition to planning. You enthusiastically implement personnel policy: recruitment & selection, absenteeism, appraisal interviews; you gladly take responsibility for it. As a driving force behind and participant in (TPM) projects, you lead a team of operators.
Must have:
- Responsible for production planning and leading improvement teams
- Monitoring KPIs of team and factory performance
- Drawing up work schedules, considering leave and illness
- Implementing personnel policy (recruitment, absenteeism, etc.)
- Leading a team of operators in (TPM) projects
Perks:
- 29.5% shift allowance
- A year-end bonus of 7.7%

- We gladly pay 10 euros per period towards your sports subscription.
- Reimbursement of 0.23 euros per kilometer for travel expenses
Job Details
- Als ploegleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de productieplanning en geef je leiding aan verbeterteams
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de productieplanning en bewaakt de KPI’s van de performance van je ploeg en fabriek
- Natuurlijk stel je de werkroosters op, waarbij je naast de planning rekening houdt met verlof en ziekte
- Je voert met verve het personeelsbeleid uit: werving & selectie, ziekteverzuim, beoordelingsgesprekken; je draagt er graag de verantwoordelijkheid voor
- Als kartrekker van en deelnemer aan (TPM-)projecten geef jij leiding aan een team operators
