For our manufacturing team, we are looking for a dedicated Team Leader Manufacturing (m/f/d) who will shape the future of production with us.

Your tasks:

• Ensure the production program in terms of quality, deadlines and profitability
• Implementation of manufacturing documents and programs, escalation in case of discrepancies
• Coordination and planning of personnel requirements
• Disposition in case of disruptions and bottlenecks
• Monitoring of costs, services, inventories and sales
• Analysis of target/actual deviations and derivation of measures
• Organization of the economic use of personnel, machines and material
• Initiation and implementation of continuous improvements
• Monitoring of manufacturing quality, analysis of defects and initiation of measures
• Control and monitoring of maintenance and repair work
• Leadership, motivation and further development of employees
• Conducting employee appraisals and supporting conflict resolution
• Ensuring compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations

Your profile:

• Completed training as an industrial master or state-certified technician
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production, ideally in the metal or aerospace industry
• Experience in employee leadership and in dealing with modern manufacturing processes
• Knowledge in production planning, quality assurance and cost control
• Organizational talent
• Assertiveness and decision-making ability
• Sense of responsibility
• Good English skills in spoken and written word
