As a Team Leader, you will lead a high-performing team based primarily in Gdynia. You'll be responsible for operational excellence, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery to our clients. This role is key to driving performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning with LSEG’s strategic goals. Key responsibilities include leading and developing talent, driving performance, optimizing operations, delivering results, enhancing communication, ensuring compliance, promoting innovation, focusing on customers, and supporting recognition and rewards. This role requires strong people management skills and a customer-centric approach.

As a Team Leader, you will lead a high-performing team based primarily in Gdynia. You’ll be responsible for operational excellence, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery to our clients. This role is key to driving performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning with LSEG’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop Talent: Recruit, onboard, and train team members to uphold high professional standards.
  • Drive Performance: Monitor and improve efficiency, timeliness, and quality metrics. Use Six Sigma methodologies to identify and reduce waste.
  • Optimize Operations: Ensure clear task allocation, maintain a stable team environment, and promote cross-training for flexibility.
  • Deliver Results: Oversee timely project delivery, manage scope and resources, and ensure content quality and compliance.
  • Enhance Communication: Share key updates, strategies, and performance insights with the team. Foster open, transparent communication.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold company policies, including Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, and mandatory training.
  • Promote Innovation: Encourage a learning culture, challenge the status quo, and lead by example.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure all client issues are resolved promptly and in line with company standards.
  • Support Recognition and Rewards: Drive the Content Incentive Plan (CIP) and communicate performance expectations clearly.
