As a Technical Account Manager, you will optimize ad inventory, integrate with third-party platforms, and lead end-to-end testing. You'll maximize revenue while ensuring a high-quality ad experience. This role involves acting as the primary technical contact, managing partner interactions, leading ad integrations, troubleshooting issues, and driving innovation in ad mediation strategies. The position is based in Espoo, Finland, with a hybrid work model.

Are you excited about shaping the ad experience for our millions of players? We're now looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Ad Monetization team and directly impact our global success.


In this critical role, you’ll optimize our ad inventory's competitiveness, drive seamless integrations with third-party platforms, and lead end-to-end testing with both new and existing partners. You’ll be maximizing revenue while ensuring a high-quality ad experience for our players across Rovio's diverse portfolio of mobile games.


This position is based in Espoo, Finland and follows a hybrid work model with two on-site days per week. Not currently in Finland? No problem, we offer relocation support.


You will have impact and fun at work by:
  • Acting as the primary technical contact for ad monetization, collaborating across teams.
  • Managing daily technical interactions with partners and internal studios for smooth ad delivery.
  • Leading technical Ad integrations and contributing to strategic roadmaps.
  • Troubleshooting complex ad delivery issues and proposing revenue-generating solutions.
  • Collaborating on quality assurance and supporting successful ad solution rollouts.
  • Driving innovation in ad mediation strategies and technology.


Experience and skills we are looking for:
  • Understanding of ad mediation platforms (e.g., MAX, IronSource) and core ad technologies (e.g., RTB, VAST), demonstrated experience in configurations and end-to-end integrations.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of ownership and follow-through.
  • Understanding of software development processes and relevant tools.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders/partners.
  • Technical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Strong understanding in advertising, gaming, technology, and digital media, with a willingness to learn.
