They provide onboarding and proactive ongoing value and support to Varonis customers. Success in this role requires being a motivated self-starter, committed to continuous self-development and education, and possessing strong technical acumen and customer service skills. Responsibilities include ensuring data protection, onboarding customers to Varonis platforms, delivering ongoing value, conducting health checks, providing training, developing best practices, preparing business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, learning new products, assisting with renewal risk, serving as a primary technical contact, and advocating for customers internally.
