Job Description

Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Specialist with expertise in Infrastructure and Civil 3D. The role involves delivering live coaching sessions and webinars to drive adoption of Autodesk Solutions. You will act as a technical trusted advisor, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve business outcomes. Responsibilities include building and delivering packaged service offerings, developing digital content adhering to quality standards, and providing technical assistance and recommendations based on data analytics. The position requires advanced knowledge of the Architectural, Construction, and Engineering industry needs, as well as expert knowledge of Autodesk Infrastructure products in a production environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.
Must have:
  • Advanced knowledge of AEC industry needs and workflows
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Infrastructure products
  • 5-6 years Civil & Construction experience
  • Strong public speaking/presentation skills
  • Ability to be flexible and learn quickly

  • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Infrastructure products in a production environment

  • External public speaking/presentation Skills
  • Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Position Overview

Autodesk Customer Technical Success (CTS) is looking for highly motivated trusted advisors to help our Enterprise Customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes. If you have a proven customer focused approach to building strong relationships with Enterprise Customers, you might be just who we need to help drive our Customer Success Plans. We are looking for a professional with Civil Infrastructure experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments.

This person will work closely with existing and future Major Accounts across AMER. You will join the CTS group within Customer Success – a team that values professional development and rewards high performance. The CTS group is responsible for maximizing the success of and return on investment for our strategic customers. We do this by delivering professional and customized product services that help our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of Autodesk solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Innovating, developing and delivering packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption

  • Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor, activities including customer interactions, regular internal account team planning meetings and executing activities in customer success plans

  • Demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve goals identified in Customer Success Plans

  • Technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics

  • Taking a problem management approach, find opportunities for improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in related field

  • Advanced knowledge of Civil Infrastructure industry needs and workflows

  • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3d and related add-ins and workflows

  • Additional knowledge of BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, Infraworks, ReCap, Navisworks, 3DS Max or 3rd party infrastructure software solutions valued

  • Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities

  • Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience

  • Enthusiasm and passion for technology and innovation

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels

  • Must be flexible, decisive, self-motivated and proactive

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working through change while driving results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Innovation, développement et élaboration d’offres multiservices pour accroître la réussite des clients et l’adoption de nouveaux produits

  • Établissement et maintien de relations de travail avec les clients en tant que conseiller ou conseillère technique de confiance, dont les activités incluront des interactions avec les clients, des réunions régulières de planification d’équipe pour les comptes internes ainsi que l’exécution d’activités dans le cadre des plans de réussite des clients

Exigences minimales

  • Un baccalauréat ou une expérience équivalente

  • Connaissance de niveau expert d’Autodesk Civil 3D et des compléments et flux de travail qui y sont associés

  • Connaissances supplémentaires de BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, Infraworks, Recap, Navisworks, 3ds Max ou des solutions logicielles d’infrastructure tierces

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois en établissant correctement les priorités
