Technical Ad Solutions Manager

Are you an ad monetization expert with an eye for technical ad setups? We're now looking for a Technical Ad Solutions Manager to join our Ad Monetization team to act as the main point of contact and advisor to both our game teams as well as our external partners on ad solutions. You will ensure efficient ad delivery that maximizes revenue while protecting the player experience across Rovio's diverse portfolio of mobile games.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in ad monetization who wants to dig deep into the technical side of ad solutions. You will manage integrations with third-party platforms, lead testing and troubleshoot complex ad issues.

This position is based in Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden and follows a hybrid work model with two on-site days per week. Not currently in Finland or Sweden? No problem, we offer relocation support.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

• Acting as the primary technical owner for ad monetization, collaborating across teams.
• Managing ad integrations with partners and internal studios for smooth ad delivery.
• Working with game development teams to integrate new ad placements and formats into the game, ensuring they are tested and implemented correctly.
• Investigating and troubleshooting ad network issues.
• Driving innovation in ad mediation strategies and technology.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• Understanding of in-app ad monetization: You have a deep understanding of the in-app ad monetization landscape, preferably on the publisher or SSP side.
• Experience with ad mediation platforms.
• Technical background: You are comfortable with ad integrations and troubleshooting, with a solid understanding of ad mediation platforms and core ad technologies.
• Problem-solving skills: You have a proactive approach to identifying, investigating, and implementing innovative solutions to complex issues.
• Strong collaboration skills: You can communicate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and partners, both internal and external.
• Project management skills: You have a track record of taking ownership and seeing projects through to completion.
