Com quem você trabalhará?
Você fará parte da equipe responsável pelo suporte técnico às locomotivas diesel-elétricas WABTEC. No seu dia a dia, atuará na análise de dados enviados via satélite, monitorando o desempenho operacional das locomotivas e fornecendo recomendações e orientações técnicas para otimizar as operações dos clientes. Além disso, terá interface direta com os times de Engenharia, Qualidade e Processos, tanto no Brasil quanto em outras unidades globais da companhia, contribuindo para soluções colaborativas e contínua melhoria.
Como você irá fazer a diferença?
Responsável por garantir o pleno funcionamento e a manutenção adequada dos produtos da companhia, por meio da realização de assistência técnica em campo, em parceria com a equipe do cliente. Seu foco será prevenir ou minimizar paradas operacionais na frota, atuando de acordo com as diretrizes e métricas estabelecidas de qualidade, produtividade, atendimento, custos e requisitos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente. Também será responsável por indicar as atividades, materiais e etapas necessárias para a execução eficiente das operações e manutenções.
O que queremos saber sobre você?
- Formação técnica em Mecânica, Elétrica ou Eletrotécnica. Também são bem-vindos profissionais com formação em Automação Industrial ou na área Automotiva.
- Experiência comprovada em manutencção de grandes equipamentos, preferencialmente com vivência em locomotivas diesel-elétricas.
- Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de turnos, conforme escala estabelecida.
- Habilidade para orientar, acompanhar e inspecionar as atividades de manutencção executadas por equipes técnicas, assegurando qualidade e conformidade com os padrões operacionais.
- Conhecimento em inglês será considerado um diferencial.
Como será o seu dia a dia?
Realizar assistência técnica em campo nos produtos da empresa junto aos clientes, oferecendo suporte no diagnóstico de falhas, análise de performance da frota, manutencção e demais atividades relacionadas, garantindo o pleno funcionamento da operação do cliente.
Orientar técnicamente as equipes de manutencção dos clientes nas atividades voltadas à manutencção de locomotivas, com o objetivo de evitar ou minimizar paradas operacionais.
Assegurar a satisfacção dos clientes por meio de solucões de assistência técnica alinhadas às métricas definidas de atendimento, prazos, performance e qualidade.
Atuar em conformidade com os processos, ferramentas e procedimentos padronizados de Assistência Técnica, contribuindo ativamente para a melhoria contínua desses elementos.
Cumprir as diretrizes e procedimentos da WABTEC e dos clientes, conforme o local de atuacção, garantindo a observância das normas de integridade, compliance e das exigências de EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) da companhia.
