Job Description
The Technical Marketing Analyst will join WebFX's internal marketing team, optimizing their marketing technology stack (Segment CDP, MixPanel, Salesforce, etc.), data pipelines, and lead flows. Responsibilities include managing WordPress properties, implementing analytics tracking, troubleshooting systems, and acting as a technical resource for the marketing team. The role requires 2.5+ years of experience with similar marketing technology, strong marketing operations understanding, and SEO fundamentals. The position involves working with automation tools (Make.com), SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and basic JavaScript. Familiarity with Git/GitHub and web hosting environments is needed. Occasional project management with internal developers may be required.
Must have:
- 2.5+ years experience with marketing tech stacks

About the Role
Join the internal marketing team at WebFX as a Marketing Technology Operations Specialist. This role blends technical expertise with digital marketing fundamentals to optimize our data pipeline, lead flow, and technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including Segment CDP, MixPanel, Salesforce, and lead scoring tools.
- Maintain and enhance high-traffic WordPress properties and hosting environments.
- Fine-tune data pipelines and lead flows to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Implement and troubleshoot analytics tracking and reporting systems.
- Perform web administration and system maintenance tasks.
- Act as a technical "fixer" for the marketing team's technology needs.
- Occasionally work in a PM capacity with our internal developers as needed for larger, more complex projects
Required Skills & Experience
- 2.5+ years of experience working with similar marketing technology stacks.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations and data management.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Google's product suite (GSC, GA4, BigQuery).
- Ability to perform basic JavaScript edits and script implementation on various web properties.
- Experience with automation tools such as Make.com
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub and understanding of web hosting environments.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
Compensation
Negotiable, based on experience

Working Hours
We're currently looking for team members who are able to overlap hours with our office on the US East Coast (click the link to view our current time from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
Asia (Philippines / Indonesia)
3:30 pm - 12 Midnight your local time (3:30 am - noon EDT, or 2:30 am - 11 am EST depending on the time of year). The half-hour break may be taken anytime between 6 pm - 8 pm local time.
