About the Role
As the RevOps Systems Manager, you will own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and innovation across our revenue technology stack. This role is critical in supporting our go-to-market (GTM), finance, and delivery teams by ensuring our systems are running efficiently, securely, and in-alignment with our growth strategy. As a systems owner, you'll go beyond maintenance - helping architect scalable solutions, improve reporting accuracy, drive automation, and integrate tools that streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. You'll be a hands-on problem solver who can translate business needs into clean system design and ensure seamless cross-functional alignment.
What You'll Do
RevOps Tech Stack Management: Manage our core RevOps tech stack, primarily NetSuite, and related finance, GTM, and delivery systems. You'll ensure all changes are documented so that the system's current state is easily understood and managed.
Integrations & Automation: Design, build, and maintain integrations, workflows, and automations between NetSuite and other systems (ex. Salesforce). This work is done in collaboration with the internal development team at WebFX.
System Administration: Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite alongside our Finance team. This includes proactive maintenance, pre-upgrade testing, and process validation to ensure system health and efficiency.
Data Architecture: Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across platforms, supporting the RevOps team in strategic decision-making.
Process Optimization: Identify and resolve system inefficiencies through automation and process improvements.
Tool Integration: Evaluate and integrate new tools effectively into the existing technology stack, as needed.
Documentation & Training: Document best practices and ensure consistent adoption across teams through proactive training and responsive support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and R&D Teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication. Translate business requirements into actionable system and process enhancements. Coordinate cross-departmental changes to prevent disruption and ensure seamless integration across functions.
