Paytm is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Senior Product Manager for its Telco team. The role involves defining and owning the product roadmap for key areas of the ecommerce experience, including checkout, personalization, search, and mobile. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features, utilize data and user feedback for prioritization and UX improvement, and partner with engineering for scalable solutions. Responsibilities include developing business cases, measuring success via KPIs and OKRs, championing the customer's voice, mentoring junior PMs, and staying updated on industry trends. Experience with Gen AI-powered audio and video call solutions, IVR, outbound dialers, SIP, and network layer integration is desired.

About the role:
Paytm is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our innovative team. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge, Gen AI-powered audio and video call solutions, while playing a key role in shaping our telco product suite, including IVR, outbound dialers, SIP, and network layer integration.
Key Responsibilities:
•Define and own the product roadmap for key areas of the ecommerce experience (e.g., checkout, personalization, search, mobile, etc.).
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality features on time.
•Keep up with industry trends and competitor strategies to inform product decisions.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within the ecommerce sector.
• Proven experience working with Ecommerce-related products.
• Passion for new technologies and familiarity with communication solutions like IVR, Outbound dialler, SIP, Network layer integration etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
