We are looking for a world-class Technical Program Manager who is passionate about operational excellence through automation and engineering processes.
In this role, you will ensure seamless integration of development and operations while managing
sensitive health data securely and efficiently , adhering to the highest standards of availability, scalability, and compliance.
You will provide end-to-end technical support for study teams, manage infrastructure (physical and virtual), ensure system uptime, and drive continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
Technical Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams (e.g., engineering, security, product) and non-technical departments (e.g., user research, executive leadership).
Requirements Gathering and Synthesis: Elicit, analyze, and document technical requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into clear and concise specifications for technical teams.
Device Management: Setup devices (including MacBooks), configuring access to systems and applications, and ensuring adherence to security protocols.
Network and Security Administration: Implement and maintain basic network security measures, including configuring firewalls and VPNs, managing user access controls, and promoting security best practices.
Communication and Collaboration: Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences through presentations, documentation, and one-on-one interactions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve technical and communication challenges. Demonstrate tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations or individuals.
