We are growing and looking for a Recruiter to join our team and provide staffing services to the business, meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and
qualified candidates. Middle recruiter manages the full-cycle of the recruitment process, which means building appropriate sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, ensuring candidates have a pleasant recruitment experience. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities (what you do):
- Source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media,
and networking. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct initial and follow-up interviews, providing valuable feedback to hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, staffing partners to understand specific talent requirements and
develop effective recruitment strategies. - Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, address concerns, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate transparently with candidates, keeping them informed about their status and next steps.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make strategic
recommendations for attracting top talent. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process
improvement.
Requirements (how you do it):
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Upper-Intermediate + level of English.
- Strong proficiency in recruitment sourcing strategies, incorporating job campaigns, internet job boards,
social networking, and employer branding - Experience using sourcing tools to find active and passive candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
