N-iX is seeking a Recruiter to join their team and provide staffing services, filling open positions with qualified candidates. The recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, building a talent pipeline, conducting assessments, coordinating interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, providing updates, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will contribute to the success of projects and stay informed about industry trends. They will need to source candidates through job boards and social media. They should be able to assess candidates based on experience and cultural fit.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as an IT Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles and industry trends.
  • Upper-Intermediate + level of English.
  • Proficiency in recruitment sourcing strategies.
  • Experience using sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

We are growing and looking for a Recruiter to join our team and provide staffing services to the business, meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and
qualified candidates. Middle recruiter manages the full-cycle of the recruitment process, which means building appropriate sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, ensuring candidates have a pleasant recruitment experience. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities (what you do):

  • Source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media,
    and networking. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial and follow-up interviews, providing valuable feedback to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, staffing partners to understand specific talent requirements and
    develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, address concerns, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate transparently with candidates, keeping them informed about their status and next steps.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make strategic
    recommendations for attracting top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process
    improvement.

Requirements (how you do it):

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as an IT Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Upper-Intermediate + level of English.
  • Strong proficiency in recruitment sourcing strategies, incorporating job campaigns, internet job boards,
    social networking, and employer branding
  • Experience using sourcing tools to find active and passive candidate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
