Job Description

---------------

• All repair, manufacturing, installation, operation, maintenance, and prevention tasks including carpentry, masonry, painting, air conditioning, mechanics, electronics, sound system, fire equipment, snow removal, grounds maintenance, and any other related function;
• Oversee repair and painting work as well as wallpaper installation;
• Ensure work complies with local safety standards;
• Conduct general inspection tours, as required;
• Respond quickly and effectively to all maintenance requests from other departments;
• Attend all emergency and safety drills;
• Ensure premises, machinery, and equipment are clean and safe at all times;
• Perform all tasks related to the maintenance department and other services, as requested by management;
• All other related tasks.

Qualifications

--------------

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English to easily understand and discuss with an international clientele on a regular basis;
• Relevant experience in technical services required;
• Customer service experience required;
• Availability to work split shifts, evenings, and weekends, and have shift flexibility at all times;
• The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to make decisions quickly and efficiently.
