Job Description

As a Technical Specialist in the Center of Excellence Services for Legisway at Wolters Kluwer, you will provide expert-level technical support to implementation consultants. This critical role involves ensuring the technical robustness of Legisway implementations, participating in ticket queues for bug analysis, executing UAT for new features, and advising on technical aspects of product improvements. You will also support onboarding and training for new consultants and collaborate with Product and Development teams.
Good To Have:
  • Strong fluency in French and/or German preferred
Must Have:
  • Provide technical assistance to consultants, especially on complex topics like APIs and data migration
  • Actively participate in the LS3 & LF ticket queues to prioritize and analyze bug tickets and product feedback
  • Execute UAT for new features and releases from a technical services standpoint
  • Contribute to the Services Efficiency Roadmap and advise on technical aspects of product improvements
  • Support onboarding and training of new consultants with a focus on technical skills and certifications
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to filter and prioritize technical feedback
  • Deep technical knowledge of Legisway (Enterprise, Essentials and Core/Advanced/Expert) or a comparable tool and/or of APIs and integrations and/or data migration
  • Experience in technical consulting or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate technical insights into actionable service improvements
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator
  • Visionary can-do mentality
  • Fluent in English
