Technical Writer

• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for cloud architecture and software solutions. 
  
• Design and document UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, architecture block diagrams, and software architectural diagrams. 
  
• Develop and maintain database diagrams, including data tables and relationships. 
  
• Explain concepts such as cloud architecture, authentication, and authorization in a user-friendly manner. 
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex software processes into understandable content. 
  
• Write detailed guides and documentation using tools like Markdown and publish them using platforms like GitHub Pages. 
  
• Ensure documentation adheres to standards, is version-controlled, and is easily accessible. 
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role in a technical environment. 
  
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and related concepts. 
  
• Proficiency in creating UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and database diagrams. 
  
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms in software systems. 
  
• Knowledge of Markdown and version control systems such as GitHub. 
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon. 
  
• Ability to create visually appealing and accurate diagrams to support written documentation. 
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  

• Background in software engineering or a related technical field. 
  
• Experience working with cloud-based systems and data-driven applications. 
  
• Experience with tools like Visio, Lucid chart, or other diagramming software. 
  
• Strong Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
