1. Based on the project team's plan, reasonably formulate and execute test strategies to ensure the quality and stability of the product. 2. Manage the daily work arrangements of the testing team to ensure the smooth progress of the project. 3. Recruit, train and guide members within the testing team to improve the overall team capabilities. 4. Regularly provide the project team and testing supervisors with test progress reports and quality assessments, and conduct problem analysis and review. 5. Be able to reasonably formulate external testing plans and risk assessments based on the needs of the project team.
