Our subsidiary, Integrated Circuit Testing GmbH (ICT GmbH), develops electron microscopes for monitoring semiconductor production and classifying wafer defects. We are seeking an experienced Material Planner to manage material flow, control shortages, and act as a contact between production planners and purchasing for our expanding team near Munich, Germany.
Must Have:
  • React to plan changes and create responsive materials layers
  • Track, control and manage end to end material order and flow
  • First contact person for purchasing and planning
  • Ensure system alignment
  • Control the NPI material order
  • Tracking of warehouse material provided to new product introduction engineering team for inspection
  • Owner of scrap process
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in production planning in mechanical engineering with a high proportion of product development for small and medium-sized series
  • Familiar with material management
  • Sound knowledge of SAP
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Structured and analytical approach
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Independent way of working and team-oriented

With a strong intension to expand our newly founded supplier performance engineering team in our facility near Munich, we are looking for experienced Material Planner(m/f/d), who would be responsible for material management, control the shortages and the material flow, point of contact between production planners and the purchasing.

Material planner (m/f/d) for semiconductor inspection systems/electron microscopy

Responsibilities:

  • React to plan changes and create responsive materials layers
  • Track, control and manage end to end material order and flow
  • First contact person for purchasing and planning
  • Ensure system alignment
  • Control the NPI material order
  • Tracking of warehouse material provided to new product introduction engineering team for inspection
  • Owner of scrap process

Preferred Education & Skills:

  • Industrial engineer or comparable training, ideally a previous skilled worker training.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in production planning in mechanical engineering with a high proportion of product development for small and medium-sized series
  • Familiar with material management
  • Sound knowledge of SAP
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Structured and analytical approach
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Independent way of working and team-oriented
  • Willingness for permanent further development
