Job Description

This role involves owning equipment collaterals and improving the process and performance of the Test module. Key responsibilities include continuous improvement of hardware and process performance to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals. The engineer will partner with Technology Development and other factories, troubleshoot hard-down cells, perform detailed investigations, and proactively manage collaterals for capacity ramp. The role also includes leading and coaching manufacturing workforce and developing monitoring dashboards.
Must Have:
  • Continuous improvement to improve Test collaterals hardware and process performance to meet Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost indicator goal.
  • Partner and collaborate with respective Technology Development site and other factories counterpart to develop, startup, improve and define critical equipment collaterals performance and process parameters.
  • Attend to escalation from Equipment Supervisor / Shift MT and troubleshoot hard down cells.
  • Perform detail investigation and problem-solving data analysis.
  • Align to product roadmap and build plan requirement, proactively work on collaterals ordering and tool fungibility qualification.
  • Able to lead and provide coaching and training to sustaining and manufacturing workforce.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and lead a small team to support factory tool and equipment install.
  • Develop Test collaterals monitoring and dashboard.
  • Bachelor's degree or engineering majors (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, IT/ Software, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong written and verbal communication skills dedicated to results.

Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible to own equipment collaterals, improve process and performance of Test module in our organization. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Continuous improvement to improve Test collaterals hardware and process performance to meet Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost indicator goal to support Intel products ramp.
  • Partner and collaborate with respective Technology Development site and other factories counterpart to develop, startup, improve and define the critical equipment collaterals performance and process parameters to enable a successful startup and ramp of the factory
  • Attend to escalation from Equipment Supervisor / Shift MT and troubleshoot the hard down cells from the area where you are assigned to.
  • Perform detail investigation and problem-solving data analysis to ensure equipment / tool is up and ready to support production
  • Align to product roadmap and build plan requirement, proactively work on collaterals ordering and tool fungibility qualification across links to support capacity ramp.
  • Able to lead and provide coaching and training to sustaining and manufacturing workforce to improve their technical competency
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and lead a small team to support factory tool and equipment install to meet critical schedule.
  • Develop Test collaterals monitoring and dashboard for early signal monitoring

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or engineering majors (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, IT/ Software, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong written and verbal communication skills dedicated to results
  • This is a office working hour position, but we welcome those who are willing to work on shift if required to support High Volume Manufacturing
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
