We are looking for a scanning operator to join our team at the Iron Mountain Dragomiresti warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Sorting and preparing documents for scanning in accordance with scanner usage rules and specifications received from the hierarchical superior.
• Scanning documents.
• Indexing scanned documents.
• Performing quality control of document scanning/indexing.
• Regrouping scanned documents according to internal procedures and received specifications.
• Adhering to requirements regarding different sensitivity levels assigned to the information being processed.

• We provide transport from Bucharest (Militari) to the warehouse and vice versa.
