As a Sales Commission Specialist, you will be a key player in our global sales strategy, managing and optimizing partner and sales commission plans to ensure seamless and accurate payments. Must Have:
  • Administer partner commission plans and sales payment structures.
  • Process partner commissions and payments accurately and on time.
  • Lead the sales operations side of global integration projects.
  • Maintain data integrity and create reports on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, finance, and HR on compensation matters.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Experience in sales operations analysis or business intelligence reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and presentation software like PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
