The Tools & Automation Engineering team plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. They establish a culture of quality by refining quality assurance processes, enforcing quality and release standards, and best practices. The team develops testing tools and frameworks that empower the organization to deliver high quality applications fast and with confidence.- Proficient in Python, Scala, Swift, or Java.
- Experience with container and cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Experience with data technologies including Hadoop, Kafka, Cassandra, Apache Spark, and Apache Flink.
- Ability to triage problems, prioritize tasks, and propose effective solutions.
- Well-developed organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in machine learning platform development or testing.
- Experience in quality assurance of iOS, macOS, visionOS, or watchOS applications.
- Experience with XCTest, XCUITest frameworks.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $121,300 and $213,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
