As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will drive performance across the growing sales team by delivering integrated content, tools, and training. This role involves proactive problem-solving, program management, and a strong understanding of the sales process. You will partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps, deliver solutions through blended learning, content development, and technology adoption, and measure impact. Expertise in sales performance, learning needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, and success measurement is essential.
Must have:
  • Own and deliver new hire and enablement execution that supports LegalZoom’s growing sales team, driving measurable impact in sales metrics.
  • Provide reps and managers with the right tools, content, and strategies aligned to each stage of the customer’s journey.
  • Apply a holistic, data-driven approach to enablement—combining content, training, coaching, and technology to optimize sales performance.
  • Build and manage enablement materials including playbooks, talk tracks, job aids, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Organize and maintain a centralized content library that supports reps across the full sales cycle and is aligned with LegalZoom’s positioning.
  • Manage a content/editorial calendar that supports sales goals and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Design and deliver targeted upskilling programs and certifications that address performance gaps, new product initiatives, and evolving sales strategies.
  • Facilitate new hire and enablement sessions, workshops, and reinforcement activities that drive behavior change and support in-the-moment selling success.
  • Evaluate the impact of enablement efforts through performance metrics and feedback, and iterate as needed to drive outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Revenue teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize sales enablement tools and workflows.
  • Support adoption and usage of platforms and tools to streamline the sales process.
  • Continuously explore new tools, data insights, and process improvements to drive efficiency and impact.
  • Track KPIs and use analytics to measure enablement effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate sales data, QA feedback, and customer insights into targeted enablement strategies.
  • Operate as the enablement consultant for the Sales org—testing new ideas, adapting quickly, and scaling what works.

Overview

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will drive performance across LegalZoom’s growing sales team by delivering integrated content, tools, and training that empower reps and managers to perform at the highest level. Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Training & Enablement, you are both a thinker and a doer—a proactive problem solver who thrives on experimenting, reflecting, and iterating to improve results. This role brings creativity, experience, and a passion for results—with a gift for program management and a strong understanding of the sales process. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to identify root causes of performance gaps, deliver the right solutions, and drive impact through blended learning, content development, and technology adoption. You will

You have

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a related performance-driven role.
  • Experienced in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong problem-solving and analytical skills; adept at navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and removing roadblocks to deliver lasting solutions.
  • A growth-oriented thinker-and-doer mindset—committed to continuous improvement, skill development, and knowledge-sharing to elevate the team.
  • A proactive bias for action and curiosity, with an eagerness to identify and close gaps before they impact outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a passion for driving sales through education and enablement across internal and partner business functions.
  • Fluency in Google Workspace, Zoom, Confluence, Jira, and Document360 preferred
  • Demonstrated success developing high-quality sales content, training, and enablement programs that produce measurable business results.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to prioritize with minimal guidance and deliver under competing deadlines with clarity and focus
  • Skilled in facilitating both live and virtual training sessions, with the ability to adapt delivery style based on audience and context.
  • Willingness to travel is required.
  • Remote employees should confirm that the internet service available has adequate bandwidth to support all work processes.
