Job Summary

Job Description

Transition Managers are responsible for managing significant transition programs, which includes transferring services and staff between different delivery models or service providers (internal or external). They are in charge of ensuring service level maintenance throughout the process, managing the budget and project plans, and reporting to the customer and internal management. Senior Transition Managers oversee large-scale projects or have responsibility across Towers/Geographies/Business Units.

Must have:

Accountability in managing transition programs
Experience in budget and project plan management
Reporting skills for customer and internal management
Skills in Agile (Software Development Framework)
Delegation of tasks and responsibilities

Good to have:

Experience in business transformation
Expertise in change management
Skills in contract management
Knowledge of risk management

Transition Managers are responsible and manage significant transition programs inclusive of transferring services and staff from one delivery model to another or from one service provider to another (internal or external). They ensure that service levels are maintained throughout and are responsible for the budget, project plans and for the reporting to the customer and internal management.
