Job Description

The Transport Supervisor will monitor daily transportation activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. This role involves coordinating with service providers and customers for smooth goods delivery, tracking KPI metrics, and driving continuous improvement. The supervisor will also collaborate with various departments to maintain service quality. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation or warehouse operations, team management experience, and strong communication skills.
Must have:
  • Monitor daily transportation activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with transportation service providers and customer locations to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
  • Track KPI metrics, address delivery issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain service quality.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation or warehouse operations.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with WMS/TMS systems.
  • Ability to work with multiple departments and manage various stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills in English.
