Job Description

The Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury, including cash management, cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange hedging, capital markets activities, risk management, and credit exposure. Key responsibilities involve preparing worldwide cash balance reports, maintaining investment reports, processing wire transfers, and assisting with compliance, credit, and back-office operations. The role also includes ad hoc financial analysis and supporting insurance processes.
Must have:
  • Prepare worldwide reporting of cash balances
  • Maintain, analyze, and prepare monthly reporting of investments for accounting team
  • Process wire transfer payments, ensuring appropriate approvals
  • Provide accounting team with documentation support for Treasury activities
  • Perform cash management responsibilities including bank reconciliations and activity analysis
  • Prepare daily net cash position for US and Canada accounts
  • Assist with compliance requests (Sarbanes-Oxley, internal/external audit)
  • Assist with various credit related activities
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and assist with financial analysis and modeling
  • Oversee signatory updates with banks and ensure accurate internal records
  • Support back-office operations activities (Time Deposit Confirmations, FX Netting)
  • Support the reporting of insurance claims and issuance of certificates of insurance
  • Assist with TMS implementation
  • Assist in the annual insurance renewal process
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel specifically)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail
Good to have:
  • Prior experience with Treasury related activities such as banking relationship maintenance and knowledge of online banking systems
  • Knowledge of JDEdwards or related accounting system
  • Experience with a Treasury Management System

The Challenge:

The Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury such as cash management responsibilities, cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange hedging, capital markets activities, risk management, and credit exposure.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Prepare worldwide reporting of cash balances
  • Maintain, analyze, and prepare monthly reporting of investments for accounting team
  • Process wire transfer payments, ensuring that all requests are appropriately approved and complete
  • Provide accounting team with documentation support for all Treasury activities/transactions
  • Cash management responsibilities including not but limited to reconciliation of prior day bank balances, analysis of bank activity and recording of investing/borrowing activity
  • Prepare daily net cash position for US and Canada accounts, ensuring bank balances are sufficient to cover disbursements and excess cash is invested in accordance with policy
  • Assist with compliance requests associated with Sarbanes-Oxley, internal and external audit, accounting, and company policies
  • Assist with various credit related activities
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and assist with various ad hoc financial analysis and modeling on financial projects
  • Oversee any signatory updates with banks and ensure internal records are kept accurate and up to date
  • Support back-office operations activities, including but not limited to Time Deposit Confirmations and FX Netting
  • Support the reporting of insurance claims and the issuance of certificates of insurance as required
  • Assist with TMS implementation
  • Assist in the annual insurance renewal process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data, complete applications, and coordinate with the insurance broker

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2-3 years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel specifically)
  • Prior experience with Treasury related activities such as banking relationship maintenance and knowledge of online banking systems preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of JDEdwards or related accounting system preferred but not necessary
  • Experience with a Treasury Management System preferred but not necessary

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $78,900 and $116,760 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
