This autumn, we are opening a premium hotel under the Swissôtel brand with 125 rooms and suites. The hotel will also include Restaurant 105 Dining Lounge, The Bohemian Bar, our Swiss Café, and a rooftop terrace "under the clouds" Lifestyle Bar. In addition, the hotel will have three conference rooms and a meeting room. Another highlight of the hotel will be Pürovel Spa & Sport, which combines Swiss precision with the spa tradition of Mariánské Lázně. This unique opportunity combines Swissôtel's international reputation with the history of the spa town.

Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• You will take care of cleanliness and order in all public areas of the hotel, so that guests always feel comfortable.
• You will regularly clean the lobby, reception, elevators, corridors, staircases, conference rooms, restaurants, and wellness zones.
• You will ensure the cleanliness of hotel toilets, replenish hygiene supplies, and disinfect exposed surfaces.
• You will promptly react to extraordinary situations, such as spilled liquids or contamination caused by guests.
• During work, you will adhere to hygiene and safety standards and correctly use cleaning products and protective equipment.
• You will take care of the cleaning trolley, replenish materials, and report the need for additional equipment to your supervisor.
• You will cooperate with the reception and technical department in resolving arising situations.
• You will ensure a pleasant and safe environment in the hotel – even during busy hours.
• When meeting guests, you will always react with a smile, willingly, and greet them kindly.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The ideal candidate:

• Has a sense of order, is meticulous, reliable, and works independently and in a team.
• Has basic education; experience in the field is an advantage, but we are happy to train.
• Speaks Czech and can communicate at least basically in German or English.
• Has basic knowledge of hotel standards and cleaning procedures.
• Understands the importance of a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.
