  • You will be reporting to Art director.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the progress of the entire in-game UIs developed by both in-house and outsourced members in collaboration.

- Review and manage layout and motion demo design plans for the game front-end and HUD implemented using the proprietary engine.

- Respond to issues that arise during the UI implementation and seek solutions.

  • Research best UI development workflow examples and advance our own workflow.- Propose an approach and pipeline optimized for visual scripting both regarding coding and art.

- Manage art repositories and tools while maintaining, managing, and writing naming conventions and scripts for the UI development team.

- Identify and propose new technologies that can improve user interactions and game design.

  • Systematic outsourcing management.

- Document and disseminate expertise on workflows, pipelines, and other UI development outsourcing-related topics within and outside the team.

- Collaborate with external vendors on assigned feature UIs and lead the schedule and quality management.

  • Knowledge sharing for innovation.

- Explore new/advanced UI development tools to address long-standing issues within the team.

- Share your knowledge in your area of expertise with Experience Designers, Client SEs and other partners while mentoring them on related topics.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in related fields
  • Can articulating and communicating requests from teams and technical constraints between engineering and art owners
  • Identify UI development issues and proposing solutions
  • Curiosity and interest in programming for visual animation presentation and implementation
  • Advance new production tools and workflows
  • Experience in visual scripting using Unity or Unreal
  • English communication Skills for business
