Unity Game Developer

This role seeks an enthusiastic Unity Game Developer to transform game concepts into functional code within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will contribute to all stages of game creation, from initial concept through to the final product, encompassing programming, audio, design, production, and visual arts. This is a hybrid position located in Chicago, IL, requiring a willingness to relocate.

Must Have

• Lead and mentor team of developers with hands-on participation in the project
• Analyze, design and develop new programs and maintain and enhance existing software
• Provide technical direction in new systems development and enhancement of existing systems
• Participate in production support and problem resolution
• Test and debug programs for accuracy and functionality
• Participate in research and development of experimental designs and systems
• Mentoring of non-senior development staff
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related degree
• 8+ years experience in a team leadership position
• Strong knowledge and experience of C++, C# .Net
• Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented development techniques
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Visual Studio .Net development tools
• Understanding of relational database, stored procedures and data access methods
• Experience with MS SQL Server, other relational Databases
• Agile Development

Position Summary
