PTW is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unreal Game Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game development for consoles using Unreal Engine, with a focus on creating immersive and high-performance gaming experiences. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing game features; collaborating with designers, artists, and other developers; optimizing game performance; providing architectural oversight; implementing gameplay mechanics; and maintaining code using C++ and Blueprint programming. This is an on-site only position demanding fluent English.
Must have:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Game Features: Design, develop, and implement game features using Unreal Engine 4/5 for PC, console, and web platforms.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to ensure technical solutions align with creative and gameplay goals.
- Optimize Game Performance: Profile, debug, and optimize game performance to ensure smooth and efficient gameplay.
- Technical Problem Solving: Provide architectural oversight and devise optimal engineering solutions to technical challenges.
- Gameplay Mechanics and Systems: Implement and integrate gameplay mechanics, animations, and visual effects.
- Code Maintenance and Documentation: Maintain and build code using C++ and Blueprint programming, ensuring high standards of code quality and documentation.
