LeadVenture is seeking an Upsell Territory Manager to drive growth by partnering with existing dealership clients to identify upsell opportunities for digital marketing solutions and prospecting new leads. This role involves building client relationships, showcasing solutions, collaborating with internal teams, optimizing campaigns, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Must have:
  • Partner with current dealership clients to identify new opportunities for upsells and additional digital marketing solutions.
  • Prospect and identify potential leads within your assigned territory through calls, emails, and networking opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and tailoring solutions to drive results.
  • Conduct consultations and demos, helping clients see the value of our services in achieving their business goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to design customized digital marketing strategies for your accounts.
  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure peak performance.
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets by uncovering new revenue opportunities within your accounts.
  • At least 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Enjoy generating new business and expanding existing accounts through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Have experience with CRM software.
  • Have a strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve outstanding results.
Good to have:

We’re seeking an individual to drive growth by working closely with our current dealership clients and uncovering new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll help dealers maximize their digital marketing potential while identifying additional opportunities to expand our services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Growing Existing Accounts: Partner with current dealership clients to identify new opportunities for upsells and additional digital marketing solutions.
  • Hunting for Opportunities: Prospect and identify potential leads within your assigned territory through calls, emails, and networking opportunities.
  • Building Bridges: Strengthen relationships with your clients, understanding their business needs and tailoring solutions to drive results.
  • Showcasing Solutions: Conduct consultations and demos, helping clients see the value of our services in achieving their business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to design customized digital marketing strategies for your accounts.
  • Master of Analysis: Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure peak performance.
  • Sales Dynamo: Consistently hit and exceed sales targets by uncovering new revenue opportunities within your accounts.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have at least 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Enjoy generating new business and expanding existing accounts through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Are highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Have experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
  • Have a strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve outstanding results.
