Job Description

The Upstream Flow Manager at Thales' Orléans site supports weapon systems and radars. This role involves enriching service notices before creating service orders, managing the physical and IT tracking of materials on the internal logistics platform, and ensuring timely material flow to Autonomous Repair Units (APRU). Key responsibilities include completing order administration data, communicating with unboxing providers, maintaining logistics platform standards, and contributing to client satisfaction by guaranteeing repair entry transformation rates and SLA adherence.
Must have:
  • Complete Order Administration Data (ACD) for incoming materials.
  • Communicate with unboxing providers and identify material blockages.
  • Ensure proper physical maintenance of the logistics platform.
  • Create Service Orders and make materials available for APRUs.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction by guaranteeing repair entry transformation rates and SLA adherence.
  • Maintain safety and 5S rules.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industrial flow management role.
  • Proficiency in SAP tool.
  • Strong team spirit and communication skills.

Your daily life

Located near Orléans, the site is a reference in supporting weapon systems and radars worldwide. It houses engineering, development, and integration activities for air defense systems.

Within the Inbound/Outbound Flow Logistics department, the repair flow manager enriches service notices before the creation of the service order and thus the provision of material to the Autonomous Repair Units (APRU).

He/she manages the physical and IT tracking of material on the internal logistics platform until the material is released for other buildings. He/she is the guarantor of the material transit time on the platform.

In this context, your missions will be as follows:

  • Complete Order Administration Data (ACD) for incoming materials in contact with flow actors (CRM, Data Management, Technical Data Cell, etc.);
  • Communicate with the unboxing provider and identify blockages on materials awaiting action;
  • Ensure the proper physical maintenance of the logistics platform (identification of storage areas / compliance with ESD rules / etc.);
  • Create Service Orders and make materials available for APRUs;
  • Contribute to client satisfaction by guaranteeing the transformation rate of repair entries, adherence to SLAs, and the identification of new opportunities;
  • Maintain safety and 5S rules.

Your profile

You have at least 3 years of experience in an industrial environment in a similar flow management position.

Administrative management is part of your daily life.

You master the SAP tool.

Ideally, you have knowledge in continuous improvement (Lean).

Your team spirit and communication are recognized.
