Job Description

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring and developing Service Level Agreements, acting as the technical interface to customers for issue resolution, and leading service and after-sales projects. You will also plan and conduct tests, product demos, and training, while building strong customer relationships and contributing to business growth.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of the ITIL® 4 Framework.
  • Knowledge of SAP/PDM systems.
Must Have:
  • Responsible for compliance and development of Service Level Agreements (SLA), including performance monitoring, reporting, and optimization measures.
  • Technical interface to the customer: processing malfunctions, coordinating specialists, and ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable service quality.
  • Leading and supporting (sub-)projects in service and after-sales – from the offer phase to implementation.
  • Planning and conducting tests, acceptances, product demos, and training (e.g., communication systems, network solutions, key management products).
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and actively participating in the development and growth of the service business.
  • Completed degree in engineering or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, IT design, and IT solutions.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Sound experience in the service business across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally nationally and rarely internationally (less than 10%).
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills, and customer orientation with the talent to clearly convey complex technical issues.
