Job Description

As a Lead at Apple Retail, you will embody a whole-store mindset, supporting the Store Leadership team and facilitating meaningful customer and team member experiences. You will energize teams, contribute to operational excellence, and ensure team members have the support, tools, and resources needed for exceptional customer interactions. Your role involves working with leadership to ensure operational readiness, focusing on enabling the sales team. You will spend most of your time with the team and customers, identifying opportunities and supporting team members across the store. You will also lead, mentor, and encourage customer engagement, using product expertise to drive sales and build loyalty.
