Job Description

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will take responsibility for traffic acquisition, managing large budgets, and growing key metrics. In this role, you will not just test hypotheses, but also formulate a user acquisition strategy, working closely with analytics, creatives, and the product team. We are looking for a person who is ready to make decisions, defend them with numbers, and directly influence the success of the product.
Must have:
  • Experience in performance marketing traffic acquisition for 3+ years (gamedev experience is mandatory).
  • Deep knowledge and experience working in one of the SRN directions (Meta, Google ads, etc.) and/or DSP (Applovin, Moloco, Liftoff, etc.)
  • Experience managing budgets from $200,000.
  • Experience working with large data sets and the ability to make decisions based on them.
  • Skills in working with analytical systems (BI, Tableau).
  • Skills in working in Google Sheets, Excel (at the level of pivot tables).
  • English at Intermediate level and above (experience in conducting negotiations).
  • Experience in setting tasks for the creative team and providing feedback.
Good to have:
  • Experience working with incentivized traffic (Tapjoy, Adjoe, Mistplay, Fyber).
  • Experience in managing a UAM team of 2+ people.

Сейчас мы ищем User Acquisition Manager, который возьмёт на себя ответственность за закупку трафика, управление крупными бюджетами и рост ключевых метрик. В этой роли вы будете не просто тестировать гипотезы, а формировать стратегию привлечения пользователей, тесно работая с аналитикой, креативами и продуктовой командой. Мы ищем человека, который готов принимать решения, отстаивать их цифрами и напрямую влиять на успех продукта.

Какие задачи вам предстоит решать:
  • Настраивать, запускать и оптимизировать рекламные кампании для достижения KPI по ROAS.
  • Формировать и тестировать гипотезы для поиска точек роста эффективности рекламных кампаний.
  • Работать с BI-системой Tableau.
  • Создавать запросы на креативы для рекламных кампаний, проводить их тестирование.
  • Принимать участие в командных брейнштормах.
  • Проводить переговоры с партнерами по закупке трафика.
  • Участвовать в формировании квартальных ОКR.

Что для нас важно:
  • Опыт закупки трафика в Performance Marketing от 3-х лет (опыт в gamedev - обязателен).
  • Глубокое знание и опыт работы в одном из направлений SRN (Meta, Google ads, etc) и/или DSP (Applovin, Moloco, Liftoff и др.)
  • Опыт управления бюджетами от 200 000 долларов.
  • Опыт работы с большими массивами данных и умение принимать на их основе решения.
  • Навыки работы с аналитическими системами (BI, Tableau).
  • Навыки работы в Google Sheets, Excel (на уровне сводных таблиц).
  • Английский на уровне Intermediate и выше (опыт проведения переговоров).
  • Опыт постановки задач креативной команде и предоставления фидбека.

Будет плюсом:
  • Опыт работы с инсентивированным трафиком (Tapjoy, Adjoe, Mistplay, Fyber).
  • Опыт управления командой UAM от 2-х человек.

What helps us with this is the desire to make games with soul and meaning. One of them, Cradle of Empires, is the first non-linear match3 game. For 9 years, Cradle of Empires has been evolving thanks to a variety of ideas and a balance between analytical and creative approaches.
