Job Description
The UX Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. Responsibilities include conducting user research, usability testing, creating wireframes and prototypes, and maintaining a consistent design system. Candidates need 4-6 years of experience in UX/Product Design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in design tools like Figma. A strong understanding of UI design principles and user research methodologies is essential.

Must Have:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create user-centered designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI components.
- Translate complex workflows and features into simple, intuitive interfaces.
- Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business objectives.
- 4–6 years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and analytics.
- Understanding of UI design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX or product design.
