STAGE is an entertainment platform for regional cultures, producing premium content in Indian languages (Haryanvi, Rajasthani, Bhojpuri) with 15 Mn+ downloads and 4 Mn+ paying customers. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications, build robust APIs and microservices, collaborate with teams, optimize performance, and write clean, testable code.

Good To Have:

Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with front-end build tools and frameworks (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Prior experience in a product-based or startup environment.

Must Have:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality releases.

Strong foundation in both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) development.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications.
Build robust APIs and microservices to power product features.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality releases.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Write clean, testable, and reusable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Solid understanding of Databases – MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is desirable.
Familiarity with front-end build tools and frameworks (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in full stack development.
Strong foundation in both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) development.
Prior experience in a product-based or startup environment will be an added advantage.
