Job Description
STAGE, founded in 2019, is an entertainment platform dedicated to regional Indian cultures, producing premium content in languages like Haryanvi, Rajasthani, and Bhojpuri. With over 15 million app downloads and 4 million paying customers, it's a leading media platform in these regions. This Data Engineer role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, developing data models with DBT, and optimizing data storage and queries using Snowflake. The position requires implementing ETL/ELT workflows and collaborating with teams to ensure data quality and deliver effective solutions.
Must Have:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines.
- Develop and manage data models using DBT.
- Work extensively with Snowflake for data storage and queries.
- Implement ETL/ELT workflows for analytics and business intelligence.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with DBT.
- Solid working knowledge of Snowflake.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with ETL/ELT development and data pipeline orchestration.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines.
- Develop and manage data models using DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Work extensively with Snowflake to manage and optimize data storage and queries.
- Implement ETL/ELT workflows to support analytics and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with DBT.
- Solid working knowledge of Snowflake.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with ETL/ELT development and data pipeline orchestration.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must have DBT and Snowflake experience.
- Candidates without the above experience will not be considered.
