Job Summary

As a FE Materials Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support a cross-functional team in developing advanced solutions and predictive models to enhance decision-making speed and deliver significant value across procurement. You will assist various roles and teams across the enterprise in designing and implementing solutions to extract data and insights from the Global Procurement team and partnering organizations. Key responsibilities include analytics, insights, benchmarking, and project management, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Must Have

  • Support development of advanced solutions and predictive models.
  • Assist in ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Support external market intelligence analysis, problem-solving, benchmarking.
  • Evaluate data to identify opportunities and cost savings.
  • Apply project management principles across all phases.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Foster positive relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to design and implement plans.
  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Graduating after May 2026.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma Certificates.
  • Experience in managing global, cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, etc).

As a FE Materials Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support a cross-functional team in developing advanced solutions and predictive models to enhance decision-making speed and deliver significant value across procurement. You will assist various roles and teams across the enterprise in designing and implementing solutions to extract data and insights from the Global Procurement team and partnering organizations, including Smart Manufacturing, IT, Master Data, Data Governance, and Data Scientists. You will collaborate with these teams and escalate issues when required.

Analytics, Insights, and Benchmarking

  • Support the development of advanced solutions and predictive models to enhance procurement decision-making and drive labor productivity improvements.
  • Assist team members in ensuring data integrity and accessibility, and collaborate with Smart Manufacturing, IT, and other functions.
  • Support external market intelligence analysis, problem-solving, benchmarking, and solution development.
  • Evaluate data and information to identify opportunities and cost savings, and provide recommendations to support the strategic direction. (this is more for cost analyst)
  • Assist to collect and support the interpretation of interpret financial data for suppliers, collaborate to offer guidance for its interpretation. (this is more for cost analyst)

Project Management

  • Apply project management principles across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Establish communication plans and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle

Business Partnering

  • Foster positive relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders, collaborating to design and implement plans into tangible results.

Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science, and graduating after May 2026
  • PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma Certificates
  • Experience in managing global, cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Knowledge or project management methodologies (Agile, etc)
