Job Description

STAGE is an entertainment platform for regional cultures, producing premium content in Indian languages. This role involves developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, translating design wireframes into responsive code, optimizing app performance, integrating APIs, and collaborating with various teams to deliver new features. The ideal candidate will have strong Flutter and Dart experience, understanding of mobile app architecture, and experience with app publishing.

Must Have:

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Translate design wireframes and product requirements into high-quality, responsive code.
Optimize app performance and ensure smooth user experiences across Android and iOS.
Integrate APIs, manage data storage, and handle app state efficiently.
Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams.
Debug, test, and fix issues to maintain app stability and performance.
Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and widget lifecycle.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
Familiarity with Firebase, Push Notifications, and Analytics SDKs.
Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
Understanding of performance optimization, animations, and UI/UX principles.
Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in Flutter app development.
Must have developed and deployed at least one production-grade app.
