The UX Head will lead, mentor, and manage the UX/design team, defining the overall UX strategy aligned with business goals. This role involves driving design thinking, overseeing user research, and ensuring consistent, intuitive experiences across platforms. Collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams is key to executing product roadmaps and advocating for user needs while meeting business objectives.

- Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering end-to-end product experiences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, design leadership, user research, and interaction design.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience building and managing high-performing design teams.
- Strong user-centered mindset and ability to influence product decisions at senior levels.
