What is this job all about?
We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to take ownership of the end-to-end player experience in our mobile games. If you’re passionate about shaping games from the prototype phase or elevating existing successful titles, love thinking outside the box to solve design challenges, and have the skills to bring your ideas to life in Unity, this is your chance to make a real impact!

Job requirements
What will you be doing?
- Design and improve player experiences – from early concepts to polished, functional game interfaces.
- Take ownership of the UI/UX process and promote best practices across cross-functional teams.
- Create stunning UI assets (menus, buttons, icons, animations) and implement them directly in Unity.
- Prototype and iterate on user flows, testing and refining based on feedback and data.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and artists to deliver seamless and engaging player experiences.
- Stay ahead of trends by analyzing the market, benchmarking competitors, and bringing innovative UI/UX ideas into our games.
- Contribute to usability testing and playtests, ensuring player-centered design drives product decisions.
- Optimize processes and workflows, proposing improvements that help the whole team work more effectively.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in mobile game development as a UX/UI Designer;
- Experience in at least one full release cycle of a mobile game (preferably free-to-play);
- Proven ability to design responsive, visually attractive, and user-friendly UI for mobile platforms;
- Hands-on experience in UX design, like user research, usability testing and transforming insights into features' ideas;
- An advocate of user-centric best practices;
- Strong sense of layout, structure, and color theory;
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and data-driven thinking;
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with bitmap-based graphic tools;
- Great communication and a team-player attitude;
- Understanding of art optimization for mobile;
- Fluent English (spoken and written);
- A proactive ownership mindset, motivated to improve processes and propose fresh ideas.
