Job Summary

A Vendor Operations Manager at Snappr will oversee and strengthen relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. This role involves identifying reliable vendors, negotiating favorable terms, and continuously improving vendor performance. The manager will coordinate with internal teams, maintain documentation, and contribute to Snappr's growth by ensuring smooth, cost-effective operations aligned with quality standards.

Must Have

  • Build and manage strong relationships with vendor partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize vendor processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of vendor agreements and reports.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in vendor management, procurement, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.

By identifying reliable vendors, negotiating favorable terms, and continuously improving vendor performance, you’ll directly shape how our teams operate and deliver value. Your work will have a meaningful impact - ensuring that the business runs smoothly, cost-effectively, and in alignment with our quality standards.

What you'll do:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with vendor partners to ensure service quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to meet business needs and scale operations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements that align with company goals.
  • Monitor vendor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through feedback and collaboration.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Legal) to resolve issues and optimize vendor processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of vendor agreements, performance reports, and compliance requirements.
  • Hustle – take ownership of Snappr’s growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

What you'll need:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in vendor management, procurement, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
