SuperPlay is seeking a People Operations (HR) & Office Management professional to join their rapidly expanding mobile games company. This role involves owning and improving core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive onboarding experience, maintaining HR records, and supporting various HR initiatives. Additionally, the role oversees day-to-day office operations, managing supplies, vendors, logistics, and events to ensure a smooth and organized workplace. The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of combined experience in HR and office management, with proficient English skills and strong organizational abilities.

Must Have

  • Own and improve core people operations processes
  • Ensure positive onboarding experience for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Support performance reviews, engagement, and internal communications
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR compliance
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee questions and support
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and service providers
  • Coordinate office logistics, events, team off-sites, and internal meetings
  • Act as main point of contact for office-related requests and issues
  • Support workplace policies, health & safety compliance, and office budgets
  • 2-4+ years of experience in office management, people operations or HR
  • Proficient English level (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

What will you do at SuperPlay?

People Operations (HR)

  • Own and improve core people operations processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, internal changes)
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires, including documentation, equipment, and orientation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Support performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination (with external providers), and HR compliance
  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions and support

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, safe, and well-organized workplace
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and service providers
  • Coordinate office logistics, events, team off-sites, and internal meetings
  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related requests and issues
  • Support workplace policies, health & safety compliance, and office budgets

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in office management, people operations or HR (combined experience strongly preferred)
  • Proficient English level (written and spoken) – mandatory, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in an international environment
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
