Job Summary
Altvfx Brisbane is seeking an experienced VFX Producer to manage VFX-heavy TVC projects from inception to completion. The role involves working with creative teams and clients to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. The producer will serve as the primary liaison between creative departments, clients, and management, overseeing client relationships, production schedules, and budgets. Key responsibilities include aligning compositing and CG departments, collaborating with executive producers and supervisors, leading production teams, resolving issues proactively, and managing project turnovers.
Must Have
- 3-5 years in VFX TVC production
- Solid understanding of VFX pipelines
- Strong scheduling and budgeting skills
- Great communication and people skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Takes initiative and works independently/in teams
Good to Have
- Post-production knowledge is a bonus
- Experience with production tools like Flow and spreadsheets

About the role
We need someone who can manage VFX heavy TVC projects from start to finish, working with our teams and clients to deliver great work on time and on budget. You’ll be the key link between our creative teams, clients, and management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client relationships and keep projects running smoothly
- Create and track production schedules and budgets
- Work with our Compositing, CG, and other departments to ensure everyone’s aligned
- Partner with our Executive Producer, VFX Supervisor, and leadership team
- Lead production teams and solve problems before they become issues
- Handle project turnovers and assess their impact on deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years in VFX TVC production
- Solid understanding of VFX pipelines (post-production knowledge is a bonus)
- Strong scheduling and budgeting skills
- Great communication and people skills
- Experience with production tools like Flow and spreadsheets
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Someone who takes initiative and works well both independently and in teams
